​How Do I Place An Order?​

If you've like to place an order with us, the easiest way is to fill out our contact form as completely as possible. This will allow us to review the information you've provided and compare it to our current rates or specials, unless you pick one of our Online Special packages, where once you purchase we will simply contact you for your artwork, confirm the specifics and then we'll get to work! You can of course call us or e-mail if you like, however the previous two options are always recommended for speed and efficiency. Regardless of which method you choose, rest assured you'll be speaking with an actual human being and dedicate member of our staff to assist.



 

Payment & Shipping

We have multiple options for payments and shipping is calculated once your order needs and size is confirmed. Our online specials come with free shipping in the contiguous United States, other orders we will do our best to give you economical and efficient shipping.



 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Our secure payment systems are top of the line. If you have specific needs please reach out to us and many times we are able to work with your budgets or timelines. We do our best to accommodate all requests but please be sure to know that work does not begin until a deposit is received unless otherwise specified in the agreement. 



 

Returns & Refunds

Returns and Refunds based on incorrect ordering from the customer will not be given. Returns and refunds based on Think Ink not meeting standards or timelines are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Rest assured knowing that we will do our best to remedy and negative situation in the rare event that they occur to ensure your complete satisfaction within our ability.
